Reali joins Clinical Innovations following a distinguished career in the healthcare industry including 24 years in the medical device sector. During his tenure, he held various leadership positions at global medical device companies including Biomet, Stryker and Smith & Nephew. Most recently, Reali served as president and CEO of Baxano Surgical, Inc. (Nasdaq: BAXS), a publicly traded medical device company, where he led the development and launch of multiple new products as well as the acquisition of new technologies.
